As an art director/designer and a creator in the industry for about 10 years, I have seen firsthand the challenges facing the industry and the possibilities that will open up in the coming era.

As our lives are shifting to digital on a global scale, the opportunities and importance of creators' activities are rapidly changing. We need to expand our business and develop products at a rapid pace, and we need the help of more and more people.
