After studying computer engineering at a university in Mumbai, I joined a major Japanese e-commerce company.
I worked as a full-stack engineer, including front-end, back-end and infrastructure management for a B2B and B2C e-commerce platform used not only in Japan but also in 10 countries worldwide.
After working for seven years in the large corporation, I turned my attention to startups and worked as a consultant for various startups in Asia and Canada, from concept design to product build.

I wanted to get involved with and contribute to many startups, and then I came across a recruitment at foriio.

What makes this job interesting is the freedom to take initiative and pursue ideas, and the fact that we dare to move outside the company and hold intensive meetings in a special environment away from the hustle and bustle of daily life in order to encourage more open and active discussions when considering important issues and projects within the team.
In addition, fast decision-making in both business and development has enabled the launch of several services in a short period.
仕事内容
I build and manage the engineering team, and work as a bridge between the engineering and business side of foriio.
今後の目標
I want to form engineering teams that work autonomously and build a variety of workflows, as well as systems that enable engineering teams to work smoothly with business members and accelerate the speed of business validation.
